Assessing Adherence and Barriers to Long-Term Elimination Diet Therapy in Adults with Eosinophilic Esophagitis

Scope: This unique article investigates the long-term adherence to elimination diets for the treatment of eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE). This topic has been investigated for celiac disease but EoE would be different. The treatment for celiac disease is definitive and straight forward (i.e. strict gluten-free diet) but is variable and partially subjective for EoE.
